Altogether Cool
A place to collect the things I like and to share my thoughts.
For almost two weeks straight it rained.
My old umbrella just wasn’t cutting it anymore so I bought a new one.
It was beautiful; tan and blue, with an open and close button, and it was made from 70% recycled materials and bamboo.
It also had the ability to somehow always fold up perfectly after it had been open.
But then it didn’t rain.
It was warm and sunny like spring, in the middle of winter.
While everyone else was enjoying the sunshine, I found myself wishing it would rain so I could use my umbrella. I was even dreaming about it raining and being able to use it.
Finally, I realized that it was silly how I was acting and decided to enjoy (and did) the beautiful weather.
By the way, it’s raining today.
